Shipping Policy

Each Dead Drop is available for preorder for a limited time. After the preorder window closes, I personally handle the printing or embroidery process before shipping it directly to you. You can find the estimated shipping date for the current drop on the product page.

International Shipping & Duties

We currently ship to Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom using DHL eCommerce (where available) and DHL Express.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes (DDP)

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are typically calculated and paid at checkout. This means there are no additional surprise fees due on delivery. If you experience any unexpected customs or tax issues, please contact us right away and we’ll help resolve it.

What this means for you:
  • Import VAT and applicable duties are prepaid when you place your order
  • Your package should arrive without surprise charges
  • Fees are calculated based on your destination country’s regulations

  • Some countries may require additional information at checkout (such as a tax ID)
  • Availability of prepaid duties may vary by destination and shipping service
  • If a shipment is refused or returned due to incomplete customs information, original shipping costs are non-refundable

Estimated Delivery Times

All items are made to order before shipping. Delivery timelines vary by destination and selected shipping method.

  • United States: 3-7 business days
  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • United Kingdom & EU: 7-14 business days
  • Oceania: 10-14 business days
  • Asia: 7-14 business days

Delays may occur due to customs inspections, holidays, or carrier processing.

Return Policy

I am committed to providing high-quality, made-to-order items crafted with care and precision. Because our products are custom-made just for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, such as a defect, damage, or a mistake on our part, please contact us at orders@stillalivesupplyco.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

When reaching out, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item, if applicable

We will review your concern promptly and work with you to resolve the issue, whether that involves a replacement, refund, or another solution.
